the location near the river was quite lovely. easy walking distance to shopping and local life was available. staff members were helpful.
the windows were not properly soundproofed. i could hear loud party boats passing by! there were mosquitoes in the room.

The supermarket on site proved REALLY convenient. I also enjoyed the quality bedding and comfort of the beds. It felt very luxurious. The staff was helpful and polite, so i felt very welcome. The river view from my room was lovely.
The room service closed relatively early at 22h30. I could hear rain and water going down the drains.

Breakfast offered many options and varied daily. It was nice to see something new each morning and i could always find something tasty. The food in the restaurant tasted delicious. I liked the variety.

The pool area was big and clean, a GREAT place to relax. I used the gym, well-equipped with different machines. I found the massage shop inside the hotel very convenient. It offered reasonably priced treatments.

The staff were helpful with taxi bookings and extending my stay. The front desk employees spoke english well! and were also able to assist with information about local attractions. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily and kept everything tidy.

The gym had an upright bike, which I used. The pool was big. I could swim laps there. I enjoyed the AC. I left it on without it blowing directly on the bed. The food was AMAZING!!!

the outdoor pool was lovely it had a very relaxing atmosphere the breakfast was excellent it included many choices i enjoyed the river view from my room so much it felt magical
the receptionist seemed a bit detached it made me feel slightly unwelcome there were no bathrobes in my room i expected it in a place like this the noise from passing boats was quite loud at night

The restaurant had amazing food options. I found the choices great. The rooms were very clean! and very beautiful. The hotel's location meant I could easily get to ICONSIAM and enjoy the nightlife.
The soundproofing was very poor. I could hear noise from the corridor. The pool also created noise with guests screaming. Windows did not reduce any of the noise from the river boats.

the location was quite near to the historic temples. cruises and the iconic siam shopping mall saves time and money.
upon arrival, we got checked in and taken to our room. we got into the room only to find it clearly hadnt been cleaned, or if it had been, it was done to a very low standard.
